Sinosteel Zhengzhou Research Institute of Steel Wire Products Co.,LTD is capbale of designing equipment for shaped wires, developing products of shaped wire and machining and testing dies of  shaped wire (pass type).The products are classified into four catgories; high-strength flat wire for press winding, trapezoidal wire for mould spring, shaped wire for common mechanical spring and flat wire for chair andle adjuster and window regulators, it has aproductive capacity of 5000 t/year. Tha maximum falkiness ratio of rectangular products is 1:10(max.width 18mm, minimum thickness 0.3mm). The products consisits of flat wire, rectangular wire,semi-circle wire, triangle wire, quincunx wire and special grade and technical requirement and processing of materials supplied by customers can be  provided. The products are subject to strict delivery inspection. With complete testing equipment for various materials, comprehensive testing analysis in multiple aspects of materials can be conducted.
